Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Shaner Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Residence Inn Minneapolis Edina. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage guest relationships, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and develop a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest folios.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities a plus.
