Frontline Resolution Expert

We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at VENU+. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with our customers.
About the Role
In this rewarding position, you'll interact with customers via various channels, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions. You'll also contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to offer expert guidance and support
- Manage high-volume communications, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Foster strong relationships with customers, consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months to 1-year previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the call center entertainment industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Schedule: Mid-Shift 11:30am - 8:00pm
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
