Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute large-scale, intricate systems.
  • Lead architectural and design initiatives for software projects while ensuring integration with existing platforms.
  • Create comprehensive architectural documentation, including technical specifications and design blueprints.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with integration collaborators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a System Architect or Software Architect with a focus on external system integration, possessing 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Model and Simulation (M&S) systems, particularly:
    • Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) systems and technologies
    • Joint After Action Review - Resource Library (JAAR-RL)
  • Understanding of USMC simulation systems and interoperability.
  • Strong grasp of security principles and practices within system architecture.
  • Solid foundation in system and software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex systems and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in Java, with a thorough understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Expertise in data modeling and design, with experience in databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB; knowledge of other database types is advantageous.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka; familiarity with other messaging technologies and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with a global team of professionals.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
  • Previous experience in the defense sector, particularly in training and simulation.
