POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect to contribute to our dynamic team. This role offers an engaging work environment filled with challenges, allowing for collaboration with our teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Sweden.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement large-scale, intricate systems.
  • Lead architectural and design initiatives for software projects while ensuring integration with existing platforms.
  • Create architectural documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and system blueprints.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with integration partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a System Architect and/or Software Architect with a focus on external system integration, possessing 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Model and Simulation (M&S) systems, particularly in:
    • Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) Federation technologies
    • Joint After Action Review - Resource Library (JAAR-RL)
  • Familiarity with USMC simulation systems and interoperability.
  • Strong grasp of security principles and practices in system architecture.
  • Solid understanding of system and software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing complex systems and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience in data modeling and design, with familiarity in databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Knowledge of other database types is advantageous.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ and Kafka, along with knowledge of other messaging queue technologies and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and integration partners.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate within a global team of professionals.
  • Must be a US citizen and possess a valid passport.
