Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain the financial integrity of projects, ensuring the quality of documentation, preventing claims, and facilitating effective team communication.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary design teams in crafting technical solutions.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure compliance with established practice standards.
  • Guide the design and technical progression of projects.
  • Work directly with Project Managers and Designers to develop project documents, schedules, work plans, and design graphics.

Project Focus:

Our projects include a diverse range of facilities such as Courts, Public Safety buildings, Secure Facilities, Government Offices, and Federal Buildings.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Design.
  • Proficient in REVIT and CAD software for modeling and rendering.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related tasks and meetings.
  • Experience with Justice, Civic, or Government projects is preferred.
