Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated Building Envelope / Structural Project Manager who is enthusiastic about the repair and restoration of existing structures to join our team. This role will focus on multi-family rehabilitation and renovation projects, particularly concerning building envelopes, facades, and structural systems of existing multifamily properties. You will provide comprehensive project support from initial evaluation and design conception through to construction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare technical reports for clients detailing existing conditions and repair recommendations.
  • Develop repair and rehabilitation designs and specifications, either independently or under supervision, depending on experience.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain organized records of project data, including photos, drawings, and essential files.
  • Assist in the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Engage in client meetings and represent the company at industry events to enhance The Falcon Group's visibility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an architectural/engineering consulting firm or construction industry.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Capability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.
