The Specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and coordinate talent acquisition initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess their skills and qualifications for open positions within DealerOn, Inc.
  • Utilize diverse online platforms, job boards, career fairs, social media, and networking events to maintain a steady influx of applicants and achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Draft, review, and publish job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.
  • Provide guidance and training to Hiring Managers and the recruitment team on hiring protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings, perform phone interviews, arrange in-person interviews, check references, and prepare offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate records of employment applications within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Address candidate inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and other relevant information.
  • Negotiate offers within the constraints of departmental budgets.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance DealerOn's employer brand.
  • Stay informed about current and future hiring needs and seek ways to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in sourcing and interviewing.
  • Background in customer service, sales, or human resources is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or HR.
  • Familiarity with JAZZ HR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $45,200 and $84,200, reflecting the potential earnings for the duration of the position.
