Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is essential for ensuring that candidates are meticulously tracked and that all communications are conducted effectively. The Recruitment Coordinator collaborates closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding phases. This position is fully remote and is designed for entry-level candidates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and training to Hiring Managers on recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with Hiring Managers regarding the candidate onboarding process, expectations, and timelines.
  • Analyze job descriptions, create, publish, and standardize job postings.
  • Screen resumes and accurately manage employment applications using JAZZ Recruiting Software.
  • Support recruiters in conducting preliminary phone interviews and coordinating in-person interviews as required.
  • Execute recruitment-related administrative duties, including onboarding in Paylocity and assisting with offer letter generation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires utilizing HRIS and background check software.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and manage deliverables effectively.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and external recruiters to expedite applicant processing.
  • Oversee the complete hiring process for temporary staff, including liaising with agencies, distributing resumes, and scheduling virtual interviews.
  • Assist recruiters in identifying active recruitment sources.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Report recruitment metrics to upper management.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform additional HR and office tasks as assigned – we operate as a small team.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining quality in work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Reliable, able to follow instructions, and responsive to guidance.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a recruitment setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, particularly JazzHR.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, processes, and tools related to recruitment and selection.
  • Experience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks that frequently change and respond to unexpected demands.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300. This range reflects your potential earnings with DealerOn for the duration of the role. The posted salary may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
