Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Gilder Search Group. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a vital role in developing and submitting winning proposals that showcase our expertise and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Content Creation: Craft high-quality content that showcases our expertise and meets the needs of our clients.
  • Bidding Process: Contribute to the bidding process, supporting all stages of proposal activities, including SSNs, RFIs, market research, and RFPs.
  • Proposal Scheduling: Prepare proposal schedules, perform research, organize content, and develop content such as resumes and past performance citations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in proposal coordination or proposal management roles on Federal Government proposals.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Stellar writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
