Position Overview

Role Summary: The Manager of Compliance and OEM is responsible for developing and implementing processes and workflows for a team of ten or more personnel. This position plays a crucial role in establishing employee development pathways and serves as a liaison between operational functions and the executive leadership. Additionally, this role acts as a point of escalation for intricate tasks and cross-departmental challenges. The primary objective is to ensure the effective functioning of the OEM and Compliance teams on a daily basis. This is a management-level role, fully remote, reporting to the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute departmental resources effectively to meet client demands and support internal projects.
  • Ensure the quality of output from the department aligns with organizational standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and keep the team informed about the evolving automotive landscape.
  • Develop process workflows and training initiatives to enhance quality and decrease the time required for project completion and employee development.
  • Propose strategies for departmental growth and collaborate with the department director to facilitate this growth.
  • Conduct interviews, hiring, termination, and provide guidance to team members as needed to support departmental changes.
  • Provide mentorship to employees and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Salesforce ecosystem, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various manufacturer compliance processes.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in fields such as computer science, marketing, project management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or training.
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $135,400, reflecting your earning potential with DealerOn for the duration of the role. This range may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
