About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients' objectives are met in important areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business analyst team duties and activities on IT projects, providing guidance and support to newer team members.
  • Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impact.
  • Work with clients to develop business specs at the start of technical projects.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document, or make recommendations to improve business processes to support clients' technology goals.
  • Verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results.
  • Utilize analytical or relational database software to quantify the anticipated impact of work.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role.
  • 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Visio, as well as requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives and deliver key technical ideas effectively to business leaders, clients, and technical teams.
  • A team player who can work on tight schedules, is flexible to quickly adapt to changing priorities, and motivates others toward action.
