  • Requirements gathering and documentation with 15 years of experience.
  • MS Office/suites experience with 11 years of experience.
  • Hands-on end-user training on Dynamics 365 with 3 years of experience.
  • Develop training materials, including user guides, videos, and other instructional resources, to facilitate user onboarding and ongoing system support with 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in developing business process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria with 3 years of experience.
  • Business Process and workflow/data flow design (i.e., process maps / flow charts) and implementation with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience working with Knowledgebase portals such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint with 1 year of experience.
