Job Overview

Privia Health is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive the recruitment of providers into our medical group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing complex business deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets for provider recruitment
  • Conduct initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians
  • Follow up with interested physicians and manage opportunities to close
  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce
  • Contribute new ideas and share best practices with the national sales team
  • Provide ongoing relationship and sales support to recruited practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and advanced degree a plus
  • 7+ years of complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Experience exceeding sales targets with a proven ability to generate in excess of $1 million in sales
What We Offer

Privia Health offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan with an additional target of $90,000.00 and restricted stock units.
