Territory Sales Representative

At Harper Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and sales to our retail clients in Jackson, Mississippi. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and grow sales within an existing account base.
- Work in the field calling on existing accounts and prospecting for new business.
- Take orders and merchandise for assigned retailer accounts within your specified territory.
- Make face-to-face sales and close deals.
- Maintain ongoing communication with retail accounts in your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and visits using CRM software.
- Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and new account opening metrics.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Excellent face-to-face selling and closing skills.
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments.
- Proven sales record in the top 20%.
- Exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- A track record of success in building new business relationships.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
