Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Perform outbound lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key and large accounts.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying their pain points and needs, and providing solutions to drive business growth.
- Presentations and Meetings: Participate in preliminary presentations and meetings with prospects, and collaborate with Business Development Representatives to hand off new leads.
- Account Management: Grow and manage a portfolio of key accounts, determining their needs and budgets, and serving as a trusted advisor in their evaluation and selection of various offerings.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Continuously educate portfolio customers on our products and services, identifying opportunities to grow sales and cross-sell across all verticals.
- CRM Management: Utilize the CRM module to manage daily activities and customer information, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up on pending estimates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales or business development experience required, with a solid understanding of computers, data entry, internet searches, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Skills: Experience using a CRM, comfortable with presentation tools, and strong attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to company mission and values.
