Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to expand our sales territory by 20% year over year and improve margins by 3%.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and provide accurate quotes to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding opportunities within the power generation market to ensure timely closure.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Sales, marketing, or relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in direct or outside sales is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or Vo-Tech certificate is required, but a college education is not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must live in the DC/NOVA/Maryland area.
  • Must be able to travel locally.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
