As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, escalating cases when necessary, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of DreamBox Learning's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective support delivery.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
