Client Onboarding Specialist

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client onboarding, supporting the sales team, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth client setup process.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including document collection, account opening, and configuration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage the pipeline of onboarding clients, establish priorities, and provide regular status updates to clients, sales, negotiation, and operations teams.
- Submit and track requests for account opening and new client onboarding.
- Act as the central point of contact for all onboarding matters, driving execution and providing required documents.
- Coordinate with the negotiation team to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Work closely with operations to ensure timely account opening and resolution of any onboarding issues.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Client onboarding, project management, and data management experience.
- Strong communication skills to interact with sales, clients, and various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of client setups.
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting on onboarding status.
