  • Implement approved procedures for receiving product, pricing, and restocking cases to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking, resulting in cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise produce department personnel to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive department atmosphere to establish a favorable image with customers and promote sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, safety, and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and assets.

Requirements:

  • A high school education or equivalent is required.
  • At least two years of experience in a produce-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
