Position Summary:
Sullivan Tire & Auto Service, a prominent name in the tire and automotive service industry, has been family-owned for over 67 years and is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, assess their needs, and cultivate a loyal clientele.
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
- Assist customers with product details, coordinate appointments, and manage their tire and automotive service requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service within a retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Familiarity with the tire and automotive service sector is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- A successful sales history in an automotive context is a plus.
