The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving elevated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to billing, collections, and other service-related functions. This role involves processing customer invoices, adjustments, and payments through the billing software. Additionally, the specialist will handle general phone inquiries, transfer calls, and maintain accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Process customer payments and prepare daily financial reports.
- Schedule service orders and communicate effectively with field technicians.
- Maintain organized customer files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
