About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for our banking products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our banking products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in banking and digital support.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of PCs, current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other software systems.
