  • Billing Management: Process customer invoices, adjustments, and payments utilizing the billing software.
  • Communication: Manage incoming calls, transfer inquiries, and assist with general questions while maintaining accurate records.
  • Field Coordination: Provide instructions to field technicians and coordinate necessary safety calls.
  • Scheduling: Organize meter changes and manage work schedules for service personnel, including timekeeping duties.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or office environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Multitasking: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality service.
