Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle escalated customer interactions: Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries related to billing, collections, and various service functions.
- Billing Management: Process customer invoices, adjustments, and payments utilizing the billing software.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, transfer inquiries, and assist with general questions while maintaining accurate records.
- Field Coordination: Provide instructions to field technicians and coordinate necessary safety calls.
- Scheduling: Organize meter changes and manage work schedules for service personnel, including timekeeping duties.
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or office environment is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges effectively.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
- Multitasking: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
