Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow our staffing services, identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and engaging with key decision-makers to build new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
  • Client Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research, generating and qualifying leads, and opening doors to new partnerships with businesses in need of staffing solutions.
  • Building and Managing Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and aligning services to meet those needs, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring that staffing solutions are tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the client and the company, working closely with internal teams to finalize agreements, and ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Collaborating with Recruiting Teams: Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively, working closely with recruiters to align client requirements with the available talent, and ensuring the right fit for every role.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to ensure that our company remains competitive in the staffing space, providing market insights to leadership, and helping shape the company's growth strategy.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and revenue growth, providing regular reports to leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the staffing industry, skilled at identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Staffing Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including sourcing, recruitment processes, and industry trends, comfortable discussing client needs and aligning staffing solutions with their business goals.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals that drive business growth, skilled at building relationships with decision-makers and presenting tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring client satisfaction, proactive in identifying client needs and providing solutions that add value.
  • Strategic Thinking and Market Insights: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and competitive dynamics, knowing how to position staffing services to stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery, a natural collaborator who can align business development efforts with recruiting capabilities.
