L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and goal-focused Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts both inside and outside of the office.

This is a full-time regular position working for L.K. Jordan & Associates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, increasing sales, and driving business growth.

The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities within the community, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and develop sales strategies to enhance service offerings to new and existing client companies.

The position will work closely with our branch to develop sales strategy and work 50% of the time in the field and 50% in the office. Sales performance is expected to meet or exceed targets.

The successful candidate will be proactive, enjoy meeting new people, and be money-motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and promote the brand, image, and reputation of the Company while striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients and employees.
  • Responsible for building new business for our company by contacting existing clients and prospective clients to assess and assist with their staffing needs.
  • Market and sell our services to potential clients, including making regular daily and weekly prospecting and marketing calls to prospective clients from a variety of sources.
  • Sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for placement.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to provide candidates and leads on available positions which may produce job orders and candidates for our firm.
  • Establishing and maintaining community contacts through community involvement and organizations.
  • Working within strict ethical guidelines and with a service mentality in all conduct, communications, and actions.
  • Participating in projects and duties associated with our overall sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Service sales/marketing experience.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience.
  • College education preferred.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration.
Compensation and Benefits

Highly Competitive Base Salary (DOE) of minimum $50K - $55K plus monthly commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
