Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, and adhering to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee all phases of project life cycles, including initiation, design, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, encompassing cost estimates, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and challenges that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere that fosters team performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management, specifically in Wastewater, Treatment Plants, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing treatment plant projects is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
