Position Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of various engineering projects, including site development, roadway design, and stormwater management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of engineering projects.
- Create and evaluate plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards.
- Perform necessary calculations and analyses to validate project feasibility and safety.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as underground utilities, commercial grading, site development, and roadway design.
- Proficient in Autocad, Auto Desk Civil 3D, and related software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
