Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project completion.
  • Manage all phases of project life cycles, from conception and design to planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Create detailed project plans, encompassing cost estimates, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment on project goals among clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere that fosters team success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management, specifically in Wastewater, Treatment Plants, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing treatment plant projects is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
