About the Role

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer III to join our Land Development group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing projects using relevant office software, modeling, and Civil 3D technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop project plans and specifications using engineering formulas and skills.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including design details and plan sets.
  • Conduct research and write objective summary reports to support project work.
  • Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates.
  • Perform field observations, inspections, and data collection duties as directed by senior engineering staff.
  • Communicate with clients and internal design teams as directed by senior engineering staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Land Development civil engineering, including residential neighborhood design and commercial/mixed-use development.
  • EIT preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CADD and/or Civil 3D software (Civil 3D preferred).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
