Role Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Senior Civil Engineer to direct the design and execution of various engineering projects. In this role, you will manage site development, roadway engineering, and stormwater management initiatives. Leverage your expertise in Autocad and Auto Desk Civil 3D, along with your Professional Engineer license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and execution of projects, focusing on site development and roadway engineering.
  • Evaluate plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Perform calculations and feasibility analyses for project viability.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant sectors.
  • Proficient in Autocad, Auto Desk Civil 3D, and similar software tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
