Job Title: Medical Receptionist

**About the Job:**We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.**Key Responsibilities:** Process patient information and manage medical appointments with precision and efficiency.* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.* Utilize basic office software to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.* Collaborate with our team to provide a positive and supportive work environment.* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.**Requirements:*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum one year experience in a medical setting.* Excellent verbal, customer service, and written communication skills.* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.* Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.* Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.**What We Offer:*** Competitive hourly rate of $20.00* Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and long-term disability.* Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid holidays.* Opportunities for professional growth and development within a culturally diverse organization.
