We are seeking a passionate customer service professional to fill the role of Order Processing Coordinator. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Team, Inside Sales Managers, and other team members to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients through proactive outreach and efficient order processing.

What We Provide

As a member of the Meritech team, you will benefit from:

  • A starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with payroll processed bi-weekly.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in order processing or customer service (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A commitment to producing high-quality and precise work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in interpersonal interactions, with a positive demeanor.
  • Robust organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to commute to our office location.
  • Experience in data analysis to extract valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers (proficient in English reading, writing, and basic mathematics - high school diploma or GED equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Salesforce or similar platforms being a plus.
  • The ability to regularly meet the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations:

- Frequently: Utilize basic office equipment such as computers, keyboards, printers, and phones.

- Frequently: Communicate through phone calls, emails, chats, and other methods with customers and internal staff.

- Frequently: Spend extended periods working at a desk and/or on a computer.

- Occasionally: Lift up to 15 pounds.
