Position Summary:

In the role of Production Services Scheduling Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Production Services team within brewery operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling of throughput to meet distributor demand and fulfill orders.

This position involves creating weekly schedules for various departments, including Brewing, Packaging, Warehouse, and Logistics, while also monitoring the execution of these plans and coordinating with corporate partners as necessary.

The schedules you develop must promote departmental efficiency and ensure optimal throughput across the Brewery and Distribution Centers.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of how each plan impacts various departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance the Brewery / Distribution Center outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan using Load Builder / TM business applications.
  • Oversee the Material Planning and Scheduling process to support the brewery production schedule and manufacturing requirements.
  • Analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery capabilities and constraints to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of production and execution plans across brewery functions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in production scheduling related to order placement and removals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic production environment.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet customer demands through effective time management.
  • Proven teamwork skills and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
  • A passion for tackling challenges and completing complex projects efficiently.
  • A commitment to accountability and integrity in achieving results.
