Position Summary:

As a Production Services Scheduling Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Production Services department, focusing on brewery operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the throughput of the brewery to meet distributor demand and orders. This includes creating weekly schedules for various departments such as Brewing, Packaging, Warehouse, and Logistics, while also monitoring the execution of these plans and addressing any issues with corporate partners as necessary.

The schedules you develop must enhance departmental efficiency and optimize overall throughput across the Brewery and Distribution Centers.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of how each plan impacts various departments.

A strategic mindset and a broad perspective are essential, as plans may evolve during both the planning and execution phases.

This position reports to the Production Services Manager and collaborates closely with corporate Customer Service, Distribution Center Customer Services, Production Schedulers, Logistics Coordinators, and Corporate Transportation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine the Brewery and Distribution Center outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan using Load Builder and TM business applications.
  • Oversee the Material Planning and Scheduling process to support the brewery production schedule and manufacturing requirements.
  • Analyze demand, product mix, volume, and timing while accommodating brewery process capabilities and constraints.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination of production and execution plans across brewery functions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in production scheduling related to order placement and removals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while adapting to a dynamic production and marketing landscape.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and meet customer demands through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and cultivate productive working relationships.
  • A passion for tackling challenges and completing complex projects efficiently, with a clear understanding of business priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to achieving desired outcomes.
  • Accountability for results, demonstrating integrity and honoring commitments.
