  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming calls daily, addressing inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
  • Coordinate appointments and wellness visits for various primary care practices.
  • Process medication refill requests and manage referrals while adhering to established protocols.
  • Utilize multiple Electronic Health Record systems effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Register new patients and accurately input demographic and insurance details.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Work Environment:
This full-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available during standard business hours. Training will be conducted onsite to ensure comprehensive understanding of our systems and processes.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, utilizing phones and computers as primary tools.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Typing skills averaging 40 words per minute.
