Customer Service Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendor services via phone and respond to customer service requests to ensure services meet client and company business requirements.
  • Ensure daily attendance of employees and schedule special services over the phone.
  • Pre and post-confirm special services over the phone and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Update CRM software and follow up on equipment repairs and service issues over the phone.
  • Process contractor invoices and locate, vet, hire, and process new contractors and employees.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office setting.
  • Strong work history and superior multitasking skills.
  • Assertive, confident, and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment and solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to pay attention to detail and engage in detailed follow-up in a high-transaction business environment.
  • Management experience desired but not required, and associates or bachelor's degree desired but not required.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) desired but not required.
