Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Responsibilities: Engage with potential residents to promote and sell new homes.
  • Inspection Oversight: Administer the Home Inspection program to maintain property standards.
  • Service Coordination: Manage and track service work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Software Utilization: Employ company-specific rent management software for operational efficiency.
  • Community Maintenance: Ensure the property’s physical appearance aligns with Ignite Management Inc.'s standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local regulations and policies.
  • Event Planning: Organize resident events and activities to enhance community engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate reports on occupancy rates, sales figures, and other relevant metrics.
  • Policy Enforcement: Uphold community rules and regulations for residents and staff.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and must successfully pass a criminal background check.
