We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and a small customer group by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive representative of our company.

To be successful as an administrative assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as:
    • File building permits,
    • Submitting paper and online utility applications,
    • solar rebates, renewable energy credits, state energy office applications
    • Maintain customer communications and files on google docs and or One Drive.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Interest in the Solar Industry
  • Bachelors or Associate’s Degree with a high GPA.
  • Prior administrative experience in workplace or college setting.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Office 365 .
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work at home over a quality internet service.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

It is a family run business with 3 generations working side by side.
We have been growing dramatically in the past 4 years though we have been experienced in Solar Electric projects since 2008.
