About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional security officer to join our team as a Residential Security Team Member. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of security at a residential property in Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities

  • Access control management
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Customer liaison
  • Effectively deal with any incidents and/or emergencies on site, escalating all relevant details to internal and external parties using company policies and procedures.
  • Collate accurate reports on all events/incidents and provide these to the management team.

Requirements

  • Be well-presented and maintain a professional approach at all times
  • Be confident to take control of a situation when necessary
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have an excellent standard of customer service with a calm approach
  • Have a valid front-line SIA license
  • Have good time management skills

Your Role in Our Organization

As a Residential Security Team Member, you will be an integral part of our security team, working closely with our clients to provide a high level of security and customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the security of the property, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
