Preferred Candidates:

Summary Description:

ZOLL LifeVest is looking for a Patient Care Liaison to educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of the LifeVest. This lightweight and user-friendly device is designed to provide critical support for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. This role offers healthcare professionals with patient interaction experience the chance to earn additional income while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Patient Care Liaisons will be responsible for setting up equipment, delivering training, and conducting follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service schedules with patients and their families
  • Accept assignments that may require availability during days, evenings, and weekends
  • Travel to patients' residences and healthcare settings
  • Educate patients and caregivers on the LifeVest operation
  • Program the LifeVest according to medical directives
  • Assess and determine appropriate garment sizes for patients
  • Oversee inventory of devices and garments
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in patient care within a professional setting
  • Completion of a background check
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Willingness to cover necessary fees for equipment and vendor credentialing
