About the Role:
Westco Closet Corp is seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Liaison to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this individual will play a crucial role in establishing a professional relationship and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Book design appointments and coordinate with our Design Consultants
- Complete certificates of insurance for upcoming installations
- Assist customers in the showroom, providing information about products and services
- Assist clients with material pickup and drop-off
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting
- Availability to work weekdays and rotating Saturdays
- Ability to work in multiple locations, including Tribeca and Upper East Side
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and internet
- Professional appearance and reliable
Personal Qualities:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enter data while on the phone with a client
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
