Job Summary

The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and staff at AtlantiCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and organized scheduling of patient appointments, managing patient insurance information, and providing accurate financial information to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling processes.
  • Patient Insurance Management: Verify and update patient insurance information, ensuring accurate billing and payment processes.
  • Financial Information: Provide accurate and timely financial information to clients, including billing and payment details.
  • Office Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Clinical Applications, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience with ICD-10 coding.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with potential exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury. The essential functions of this position are outlined on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
