Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and new clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales objectives and develop sales strategies
  • Manage and execute private party sales, including developing sales plans and quotas
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings and set communication standards and expectations with the management team
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support the General Manager in PR, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Assume responsibility for the execution of events, including communicating client requests and ensuring all required elements are scheduled and communicated with the team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant event-specific sales
  • Extensive knowledge of the market
  • Experience in event operations
  • Ability to complete listed job responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to accommodate a schedule based on volume
