The Senior Provider Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing provider relationships for Vatica Health. This position involves the recruitment and ongoing account management of healthcare practices and their providers, focusing on Vatica's diverse service offerings, including Enhanced Annual Wellness Visits and various clinical services. Key responsibilities include securing agreements with healthcare providers within designated regions and collaborating closely with Vatica's operational and clinical teams to maximize market impact. This role also entails liaising with provider relationship teams at Vatica's Health Plan partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively engage with a variety of healthcare practices, from large health systems to local clinics within assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephonic meetings with physicians and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with health plan clients to assess, design, and enhance networks through continuous evaluation of current and prospective network participants.
  • Advise on suitable provider engagement strategies to boost performance in Vatica Health's initiatives.
  • Foster, develop, and sustain service relationships with all members of the provider network.
  • Analyze participation data to identify opportunities for increasing the number of participating physicians in existing and new practices.
  • Evaluate program performance across the portfolio and work with practices to formulate strategies for improvement.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, messaging, and sales campaigns as required.
  • Engage in market trend analysis and best practices to support growth and development in assigned areas aligned with company objectives.
  • Serve as a mentor in the onboarding and training of new Provider Network Representatives.
  • Lead projects related to provider engagement and support as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health system or primary care practice.
  • 5+ years of experience in provider engagement and/or sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with group practices and providers.
  • Experience in sales/network development involving interactions with payers, practice managers, and primary care physicians.
  • Background in sales/account management within healthcare EMR, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or managed care services targeting independent healthcare providers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to successful completion.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external executive leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of making decisions regarding work methods with minimal supervision while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the designated territory.

The compensation for this role is influenced by various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The estimated salary range for this position typically falls between $95,000 and $115,000 annually, reflecting one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package.
