SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist in Healthcare is responsible for identifying and recruiting healthcare professionals through various channels, including tele-recruiting and internal databases.

This role involves cultivating and nurturing relationships, coordinating staffing solutions for client facilities, and acting as the primary liaison for external candidates and field employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Initiates outbound calls to prospective candidates for recruitment purposes.
  • Effectively communicates all assignment and benefits information to candidates throughout the recruitment process to reduce cancellations.
  • Advises nursing hiring managers on recruitment strategies in line with facility policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Sources and places qualified candidates with existing and new clients nationwide, maintaining an updated candidate database.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with healthcare professionals, serving as a key career advisor throughout their tenure.
  • Negotiates employment terms and conditions with candidates.
  • Addresses employment-related issues and escalates them as necessary.
  • Implements sales strategies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Achieves and surpasses daily recruitment targets as defined for the role.
  • Conducts reference checks.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or staffing sectors.
  • Two (2) or four (4) year degree is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues and the public via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Capable of using manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and phones.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a workstation with limited periods of standing and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$40,000 - $80,000.
