Position Title: Senior Analyst, Operational Effectiveness

Position Overview

As a Senior Analyst in our Operational Effectiveness team, you will evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives at the point of care, analyzing the business implications for our clients and delivering insights to guide enhancements in future strategies. This position is essential for driving profitable growth by enhancing client ROI and fostering strong campaign renewals.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst collaborates with client-facing sales teams, pharmaceutical partners, advertising agencies, and data providers to independently create and present measurement results to both internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include:

  • Independently manage, execute, and summarize customized research with external vendors.
  • Align research methodologies with pharmaceutical clients while fostering positive relationships with client research teams.
  • Organize and analyze prescription sales data utilizing industry-standard query tools, Microsoft Excel, and MS Access.
  • Leverage third-party campaign measurement reports to formulate recommendations that drive growth for clients and PatientPoint.
  • Develop presentations and convey findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and market context to enhance future campaign performance for our team and clients.
  • Create and present case studies that demonstrate the potential benefits of PatientPoint's marketing programs to pharmaceutical, biotech, and retail clients.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics, psychology, healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in research, statistics, healthcare economics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • A strong interest in applying analytical thinking and strategy to data.
  • Comfort with large datasets (1,000-500,000 records).
  • Experience in crafting clear narratives and visualizations from data.
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (proficient), and Word (proficient).
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and practical knowledge of statistical methods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in client presentations.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams.
  • Postgraduate studies in Research, Statistics, or Healthcare.
