About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing planning, design, and construction services for municipal infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide construction observation services on roadway, water, sewer, and drainage improvement projects.
  • Interpret local building and zoning codes, ordinances, design manuals, and review plans.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science/Management or related field.
  • College degree and experience in commercial construction working for a General Contractor.
  • Proven track record of effective people management.
  • High attention to detail regarding project organization.
  • Career-oriented individual who wants to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibility.
  • Proficient use of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Competitive base salary between $80,000 and $90,000, depending on level of experience.
