Key Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is accountable for the overall performance and success of the Community. This encompasses:

  • Comprehensive management of operations, administration, resident care, and satisfaction of both residents and staff.
  • Sales and marketing initiatives, safeguarding of physical assets, and achieving financial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Effective communication between the CEO and all team members is essential for the Community's success, with a focus on maintaining high service quality, occupancy rates, and satisfaction levels for both residents and associates.

Areas of Oversight:

The CEO holds the highest leadership position within the Community, overseeing all aspects of sales, capital, and operational management.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality care, resident and associate satisfaction, compliance with regulatory standards, and adherence to company policies and financial goals across the campus.

In addition, the CEO will:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop all associates under direct and indirect supervision.
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, trend analysis, and providing support to teams as needed.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all Community personnel, while fostering a culture of motivation and evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant State/Federal/City/County regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in management within assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing environments.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Licensure as a nurse, particularly in communities offering assisted living.
  • Experience in sales and marketing is highly desirable.
