Your Responsibilities:


Handle a significant volume of calls or emails daily, including but not limited to: processing new product orders, providing updates on existing orders, researching product serial/lot/catalog numbers, managing high-volume product returns, confirming physician training certifications, and documenting order escalations.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and proprietary corporate data.
Collaborate with our Sales Representatives and clients to ensure a first-class service experience while adhering to specified performance metrics and KPIs.
Deliver a seamless experience for our customers by utilizing multiple business systems and knowledge resources.
Qualifications:
You Bring:
1-2 years of experience in customer service.
A strong customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative team spirit.
Familiarity with MS Office; experience with SAP or ERP order management systems is preferred.
The ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
A commitment to continuous learning and development.
Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
