Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and stock levels.
  • Security and Safety: Monitor store security and safety, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge, and assist in training new associates.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing excellent service.
  • Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment, including operating front-end equipment and working with mobile retail applications.
